Crumbly cake with blackberry and pears 

Ingredients (10 servings):
6 sour apples, peeled, cleaned and chopped
100g fine sugar
6 ripped pears, peeled, cleaned and chopped
450g blackberries

For the dough

500 g of normal flour
250 g soft butter
200g fine sugar
8 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Granulated sugar


Preparation: 

Place the apples in a pan with the sugar. Cover it and fry on low heat until the fruit is half turned into puree. Put out the fire, mix the pears with the blackberries and divide the mixture in 10 portions.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / gas 4. For the dough: place the flour, butter, sugar, milk and vanilla extract in a tray and blend until the dough looks like the bread dough. Pour the batter over the fruit mixture and sprinkle the sugar over it. Bake 40-45 minutes, until the fruit are crumbly, golden and crisp. It is delicious with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream.
